When purchasing uniform, badges or other merchandise from the Guide Shop please be choose carefully.
This is especially applicable for Guide uniform - we advise you to either try on the polo tops or to bring a shirt that fits comfortably with you as the sizing varies. We have found the sizing to be smaller than normal.
Girl Guides SA Inc do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

When purchasing from Girl Guides SA Inc card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayFlow Pro (part of Paypal Pty Ltd). Card data is not hosted by PayFlow Pro after processing.
Girl Guides SA Inc accepts that people may have to withdraw from an event after registering. Each event will have its own cancellation policy and this will be advised during the registration process.
Girl Guides SA Inc does not refund Membership Fees under any circumstances.
